  1. Brand new laptop, time/date is consistently wrong.

I got a new laptop yesterday and haven't been able to figure out how to get the time and date to stop auto-correcting itself to 15 hours ahead. I've reset it manually, checked the time zone was correct, synced with the servers (though kept getting error messages), set the startup type to automatic, and nothing has worked.

Is there anything else I can try to fix this?

    from the drop down list.

    6. Click on "update now" and click
    ok.

    2. Click on "time and language".

    3. Click on "date and time"
