Hi friends! I've been experiencing massive issues with latency as shown by the Latencymon dialog shown below which translates into general sluggishness, framerate drops, audio crackling and generally awful performance on a brand new PC during browsing, gaming, watching netflix, chilling, working with image editing software, etc. Poor thing looks like this after only a few minutes or less. Model - Legion T7 34IAZ7 Windows Specs - Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎6/‎22/‎2023 OS build 22621.1848 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22642.1000.0 Hardware Specs - Pro

Frame drops on brand new PC

I bought a desktop pc from hp last month and it was working fine until recently i have been getting severe fps drops without even being in a game. There should be no reason for this since all of the latest drivers and updates are installed. Cool air is
blowing off of the cpu and gpu and out of the case, i also have a fan blowing into the case. Task manager says everything is at normal usage with no backround apps. So i know the speed of the system isnt a problem, there is a problem and i dont know what it
is. This severly affects the use of my computer. The mouse is hard to control because you cant tell where it is but it seems like overall performance is completely normal(such as opening apps and games) but the frames are killing me. The pc hasnt crashed either
