Windows 10: Brand new Lenovo desktop running Windows 10 turns on, but doesn't connect to the monitor

Windows did an automatic update last night and now the screen is not recognised.


We assume it's an issue with the video card driver but can't update anything.


We can't see anything on the screen at all. Can't reset to factory settings. Nothing.

Any help (that does not require clicking anything, because NO SCREEN) is appreciated.

Cannot pair brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with brand new Lenovo X1 Windows 10 Pro

I cannot pair a brand new Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 with a brand new Lenovo X1 laptop running Windows 10 Pro. Lenovo Bluetooth driver is up to date. Laptop Bluetooth manager rarely sees the mouse but still cannot pair showing the message to check if
the mouse is still discoverable. Any suggestions?
