Windows 10: Brand New PC goes black and crashes

I just got this new PC and when playing certain games for about 1 hour it will freeze the screen and audio then go completely black and show reboot screen, I have not modified or done anything to this PC because I just opened it today. It will reboot itself and I am unsure as to what to do. I already scanned my entire PC for corrupt files and updated every driver and optional update possible. brand new NOT REFURBISHED.

With nothing but a blank black screen and unable to type anything, I feel that I can't fix it.

I'M SENDING IT BACK!

Brand new PC - black screen

I hit ENTER and EVERY OTHER KEY as well. My PC laughed at me as the screen stayed black. Nothing worked.

I tried to make a pin number but it wouldn't let me. I used my password to get on it. Since the screen is now black, there is no where to type anything. As it is now, I have a brand new paperweight.

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
hardware and devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.
