Windows 10: Brand new Razer Kiyo Pro not working as it should on Windows 10

I have issues with a new Razer Kiyo Pro webcam randomly disconnecting during videocalls on several apps and severely decreasing in fps when any game is started. When the camera disconnects, i hear the windows usb disconnection sound even though the camera its still plugged in its place, and most of the times, have to plug it in and out a number of times before it even showing again as an available device on the computer. Would really appreciate if someone could help me out on this as i cannot seem to find a solution, or even identify where the problem is.These are the PC's specifics:Case Eclip

Razer Kiyo not working in microsoft teams

When I switch from my laptops native camera to my razer kiyo webcam in Microsoft teams I get the following error across the top of the teams screen:

Video isn't workingWe couldn't use your webcam for video.

I have made sure I have all windows updates installed and also all firmware on the webcam is the latest version.

The native camera is showing a picture, and the Razer Kiyo is selectable in the device settings menu.

I have tried disconnecting, I have tried re-installing.

Razer Kraken Pro mic not working/not detected on windows 10

My razer kraken pro stopped working after the update to windows 10. I tried reinnstalling the drivers through realtek and now all i have is something labelled "microphone array", and "razer line in". my built in mic works just fine but the mic on the headset
does not. After unplugging and replugging the headset the headset worked but not the mic. microphone array works now when i have my headset plugged in but my razer mic does not. any help?
