Windows 10: Brand new Sony WH 1000 XM4 stutters on Windows 10

Hi, I have a brand new Sony headphones but unfortunately found out they stutter when playing Youtube videos on Windows. The stutter happens each 10-20 second and is very slight, but rather annoying and noticable. I follow instructions in this thread but without success. I'm actually not sure what to download from the laptop's manufacturer site. My model is Lenovo Ideapad 700-15isk.The sound is perfect when using my iPhone 11 to do the same.Thanks.

Bluetooth audio stuttering and lagging

So I have the same issue at my end.
I have Sony WH-1000 XM4 and it has audio stuttering and lagging.

I found the actual reason for this:

I have 3 Bluetooth devices connected with my PC.

1) Logitech Keyboard 380
2) HP Bluetooth Mouse 700
3) Sony WH-1000 XM4

Now whenever all 3 are connected, I get audio stuttering and lagging. But when I connect my mouse with Wireless Dongle and only 2 devices are connected audio works fine.

I don't think any of the below solutions will work. It has to do something with more devices connected with the system via Bluetooth. Seems like windows can only communicate with 2 Bluetooth devices at a time.

 

Bluetooth audio stutters every 10-30 on Windows 10

I am having issues with Bluetooth on Windows 10. When I connect either my Sony WH-H900N headphones or my Sony Bluetooth speaker, every 10-30 seconds the audio stutters for a second or two.

I have tried numerous things, Updating Bluetooth drivers, audio and sound drivers, systematically disabling drivers, re-pairing devices. I am at a loss. Any help will be appreciated.

Hardware setup is:

• CPU - Ryzen 2700x
  
• GPU - Vega 64
  
• MEM - 16g DDR4 3200MHZ
  
• MOBO - ASUS B450-I (Has Bluetooth built-in)
  
• HDD - Samsung m2 970
  

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
