Windows 10: Brand new Surface Laptop, Windows 11 with CoPilot button

Just sent my daughter away to college with her brand new Windows laptop… WiFi crashed on her second day. I've done everything recommended online including a full reinstall. It works for a while two hours and then it crashes out again. I can't find any network adapters in the system and when I try to troubleshoot it tells me, "You are connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test," which makes no sense.Please help… I'm close to sending this device back and ordering a Macbook. Super frustrated.

How to disable copilot in Windows 11 23H2?

There is a solution to keep Copilot out of your eyesight, it does not permanently remove or uninstall Copilot from your Windows 11 environment. Microsoft is persistent and Copilot is inevitable, not to mention the latest computers are equipped with a dedicated Copilot Key in the keyboard. Hence, it is up to us to get used to this feature, and also the field of AI is exponentially increasing, so it is better to get used to it. However, the simple solution is to disable copilot via Taskbar as you mentioned that Policy Editor didn't help. The following are the steps.

• Go to Windows Settings.
  
• Click on Personalization.
  
• Under Taskbar, you can find Copilot (preview)
  
• Toggle the switch to Off.
  
• In this way, Copilot can be kept out of sight.
