    Brand new Surface Pro 7 stuck on repair loop


    Hello all. I just recently purchased a Surface Pro 7, and after only one day of use it won't start anymore. There were no issues when I first used it, and I did a shutdown and update that night. The following day, it's stuck on a repair loop. I've done all of the Microsoft reccomended troubleshooting steps besides wiping everything. I can't even reinstall windows through the internet apparently, so I just ordered a flash drive just to create a recovery drive.Is there any other solution other than just wiping the whole thing? I really am not interested in setting up hours of work all over again

    Brand New Surface Pro 3 Stuck on "Just a moment..."

    I just opened my new surface 3 pro and it's stuck at the just a moment screen? I did a hard reset and still nothing. Any suggestions ?????

    • Go to Start , and select Settings > Update & security > Recovery. With it still stuck in "automatic repair" loop. Nothing I try to do will get it out
      of that loop. I've clicked on every option with no luck. This computer is only 3 months old. Don't understa
