Windows 10: Bricked Boot Manager

I was trying to install the language pack of Russian Russia.I applied the settings to change locale manually while the language pack was being downloaded.Then, I have applied these settings from command prompt:bcdedit /set {bootmgr} locale ru_RUbcdedit /set {current} locale ru_RUThen, I did an emergency restart, ignoring the language pack.It never booted up again.Can I get a solution for this?You may share some experimental steps too. I can do these easily but, I don't have a separate PC for debugging.
