Windows 10: Bright blue light from the IPS LED screen.

I have an old IPS LED phone that glows very blue, which is most visible on black color. In the new phone, whose technical data also says IPS LED, the black is almost non-luminous. Can the screens of these phones be physically different, or do the devices have system settings such that the old one has a huge screen backlight and the new one is the other way around? Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

What's up with the bright blue lights?

A lot of the computer parts I've bought lately that have LEDs are using a bright blue color. I can't say I like it; not due to Blue Light Hazard or such; but simply just how blue light hurts my eyes when gaming/watching movies in a dimly lit room (red is a much better color for such). It's gotten to the point where I tape paper over the lights, especially the ones that tend to blink (e.g. routers, and hard drive enclosures). Have blue LEDs become more cost efficient lately or is it just a trend?

Oh, ok, I see. Well it's just anti kink coil, that reacts to UV. I have a tiny blue LED light in there and it already lights up pretty nicely, but I bet with a UV light in there it will really be bright.
