Windows 10: Brightness and Flickering issues regarding Windows 10

Hello everyone,


Problem: The brightness of my laptop monitor out of nowhere just stopped working. I've tried to change it with the slider but nothing. It changes a bit but when it reaches 5 or 6% it goes back to 0, although I can continue to scroll the slider. Plus, when the laptop it's not plugged in to the charger, the screen just starts flickering, and the brightness does not work whatsoever. I have tried everything: I've reinstalled graphics card's drivers; I've reinstalled PnP drivers; I've ran commands; I've even factory formatted my PC, yet nothing seems to work. I can almost guarantee that it's not a hardware problem, because, the screen is brand new, literally a week old.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
