Windows 10: Brightness does not reduced to normal after updating my Developer version PC, how to fix it ?

On 12 March , especially when i updated by dev version pc on 11th night , the brightness is automatically set to max and neither by keys or slider brightness become low. All the keys are perfect and slider is alright , they are showing change in brightness animation but brightness doesn't become normal. It is very difficult to use the PC ,kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

How to reduce brightness?

I already set brightness of screen to a minimum for win 7, but I still feel too bright, is there any other feature to reduce brightness of screen further?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
