    Brightness doesn't work Windows 11, PC


    So my brightness doesn't work. By this I mean my F5 and F6 buttons don't work. I went to settings and below brightness & color in the display settings, and there is no slider for the brightness. Yes, I tried searching things up and it still doesn't work. Please help as soon as you can I can barely see. Maybe some pc parts are loose?

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Hi ,

    On my Dell 5559 Windows 10 , brightness not working.

    Have tried few steps from youtube videos but did not work.

    Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

    Hi Ella,

    To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

    • Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
    • See if you can adjust the brightness.

    If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.
