    Brightness is stuck on lowest setting


    Recently, I was having issues adjusting the brightness in windows 10. All of the drivers were updated, but the problem still persisted. Even adjusting in setting without using hotkeys wouldnt work. I also tried disabling and enabling display and monitor drivers. When I enabled the drivers my screen became stuck on the lowest brightness setting, rendering my laptop useless. Is there a way to adjust the brightness in the BIOS? I can see the faintess hint of the pssword window on startup, but its not enough. The only thing i can see is the bios. I have an important meeting in 2 hours. Please help!

    The Lowest Brightness On Windows 10

    I have a problem with the screen brightness, the lowest brightness it only can be set 62%. If I set lower than that, the screen will display totally black. Is there anyone who had same problem whit me? Or anyone can help me how to fix it?

    Brightness Settings Unavailable?

    There was a gray out with the physical buttons, but I've figured out that that was a separate problem. It's an Asus EyeCare monitor, and I had it on the lowest blue light setting, which apparently does not allow brightness adjustment. I now have
    it on the second-to-lowest blue light setting, so I can manually adjust brightness with the buttons, but the brightness adjustment settings are still inaccessible in Windows— which Microsoft said has to do with the driver.
