    Brightness not changing even after modifying the brightnees level


    Hi I tried changing brightness using the slider in display settings, and also tried using the function key. It just stopped working recently, I was able to to do this yesterday but suddenly stopped working.Edition Windows 11 HomeVersion 23H2OS build 22631.4317Processor AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz

    • What is the make and model of your device?

    Brightness not changing even after modifying the brightnees level

    Change screen brightness

    My laptop screen is dull. Need to make it brighter. However the suggestion --> Start - Settings - System - Brightness and color

    does not work. It is already set to max. brightness but there is no reaction. Screen remains dull. By the way there is no change if I move slide to minimum brightness, it would not change brightness level at all. Any suggestion?
