Windows 10: Brightness not working.

Hello everyone I hope you all are okay but I am definitely not Let me tell you what happened. I purchased an HP Victus Gaming Laptop 10 days ago and it has Windows 11 in it and everything in it is working wonderfully and it was going good until I tried changing the brightness of the screen using the shortcut on the bottom right and turns out no matter where I place the bar the brightness is locked at max. I tried every troubleshooting guide possible on youtube and here in the community. Is there ANYTHING that's left that I can try to fix this ? Since yesterday this has been a huge headache f

To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

• Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
• See if you can adjust the brightness.

If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.

Hi,

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
