Windows 10: Brightness setting on Windows 10

Hello! I want to lower my laptops brightness but for some reason it won't let me. If I lower it, nothing happens.

Have tried few steps from youtube videos but did not work.

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

• Click on Add or Remove quick Actions.
• In the make sure that the Brightness is ON.
• Then click on the Action Center and adjust the Brightness according to your preference.
