Windows 10: Brightness settings completely missing windows 11

I just noticed that my brightness settings are non existent when I wanted to see why my monitor is auto dimming sometimes cuz I know there is a setting related to that. How can I get my brightness settings to appear?

Brightness options completely missing

No there are not. I'm no expert on this but "feels" like if I can get the system regocnize the display I'd had a chance to get this problem solved. Is that assumption way off?
I can get some more screenshots in few hours of the missing brightness bars if it helps

Every PC make and model has a different way that the brightness keys are driven, sometimes it's a function of the chipset drivers, the Display driver, or a special utility driver that you need to browse for. What I do is ask google for how to fix brightness key for your exact and full model number. You'll find what others found when they went on this journey, and usually success.
