Windows 10: Brightness stuck at 100% with no options in settings or notifications center windows 10

I have an issue where my computer won't let me lower my brightness from 100%, therefore, hurting my eyes and computer battery. I tried to roll back and uninstall drivers and display adapters, search settings and notifications center for buttons, use my keyboard and use alternate apps, but nothing seems to work! Does anyone have a solution?

This issue
has been posted about before. I am having the same issue, but have noticed that my brightness is stuck at 100% or 0%. It seems to stay wherever it was set when it rebooted. I am about to see if it stays at 50%

I have tried:

• reinstalling (deleting the driver files) the video driver.
• Setting the brightness to 0 & rebooting

 

Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.

  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Type Settings in the Search bar and then Enter.
• Click on the System and then Notifications and Actions which is available on the Left pane.
• Click on Add or Remove quick Actions.
• In the make sure that the Brightness is ON.
• Then click on the Action Center and adjust the Brightness according to your preference.
