Windows 10: Broadboard connection problem

The way I use internet is kinda different, I make broadboard connection, then after starting pc I connect to internet and then to a broadboard connection, it allows me to share internet through my router so I can connect with my phone and have access to internet, but since I installed windows 10, it started to not work fine. Now I have to go to broadboard connection properties and uncheck "allow other users to connect through this computer's network" and then check I again and then it works fine but every 1-2 hours internet just stops working and then I have to repeat that. Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
