Windows 10: Broken Close & Minimize Pop-Up Text

Hello,I have this what I consider is a bug in Windows 11, is that whenever I hover my pointer onto the close or minimize button, it usualy appears a 'Close' or 'Minimize' pop up text. But, in my computer, it shows a black or blank box instead of the text. I tried the following :- Run Windows Troubleshooter- Update Windows- Update Drivers - Disabling some settingsIt's still not working. But, when I turn off animation effects, the pop-up text. But without the animation effects, the interface will not look as good as with the animation. I need a solution to this problem. These are my computer s

Issue with closing all minimized photos.

I'm using Windows 10 Home, but the issue is the same on my laptop, Windows 10 Pro.

Here is the steps to replicate the issue.

1. Have no photos open.
   
2. Open a single photo.
   
3. Minimize that photo.
   
4. Open a second photo.
   
5. Minimize that photo as well.
   
6. Right click on the photos on the taskbar. Click "Close all windows"
   

Issue is: the photos don't close. You need to open each of the minimized photos, and once the photo pops up, it will immediately close.

I contacted Windows support today and spent literally, 5 hours on support! At the end, and after much troubleshooting, restarting, updating, all those kinds of things. The support agent had told me that a colleague of theirs, or something like that, has the same issue. And that point we knew that it wasn't an issue specific to my machine. The agent told me that they were going to mark the issue as UNRESOLVED, and put the issue up with a supervisor, and then maybe the supervisor would put the issue up to the development team. The agent also told me to come here and post my experiences. So here I am.

 

Minimize, Expand, and Close pop-up text blacked out

Dann Ave, per your suggestion, I tried restarting in Safe Mode. The three buttons still showed black boxes (like in the above examples). I also tried to see if I get the same effect with the Edge browser, and I do (see below). Left example shows mouse
over on Minimize, Maximize, and Close (black boxes); right example shows mouse over of all other buttons (normal text).

Again, what's most interesting to me is that this only seems to affect ONLY THOSE THREE BUTTONS--Minimize, Maximize, and Close. It seems odd that the problem
is not affecting other mouse overs. Bizarre.








However, this seems to me to be some kind of coding error...or maybe a Registry glitch? I'm not a code writer or programmer, I just say that because it seems to affect
ALL WINDOWS IN THAT SAME WAY. That is, ANY open window, the black boxes are there for the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons. Doesn't matter where they are on the screen, too. Thank you again.

 

Programs closing when clicking on Minimize

When I click minimize no error appears it just closes like when I press the X button.

I did research and nothing came up about it so no I have not done any troubleshooting steps.
