Windows 10: Broken family features.

I got my new laptop today and already have problems because of Microsoft family or whatever. I tried to open chrome, but it told me i can't because of parental controls. Only problem is, I never made a family or got added to one. When I check the family, it shows me as the child but also another person under my name as the guardian. I am unable to get into the guardian account and remove myself from the family as it only shows my account when I check on the website and app. Sending a request to use chrome does nothing. I have also uninstalled the family app, but the popup still appears, and I

It is possible that the settings updated on the website (your parent’s Microsoft account) do not take effect. I would suggest to have your parent remove your account from the family group and re-add it. You may also try the
