Windows 10: broken/glitched icons and images on applications

so some weird thing which used to happen in 2 or 3 of my applications on my old pc is now happening on one of my apps on my new pc. the problem i'm having is that images/icons are just glitched and have colored lines on them. i'm pretty sure i'm updated with my display drivers but i do have an update. i don't really know how to explain it so i'll attach an image. right now this is in spotify and you can see some icons for songs are glitched and others aren't so i'm confused.

E63 Facebook broken image problem

Occasionally I will get one image of someone being suggested as a friend but otherwise every image is a broken icon.

• Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Does it happen to all the apps icon you are trying to search?
