Windows 10: Broken Keyboard?

Hi All,I have an MSI Stealth 15 A13VF. Recently when playing Fortnite, i have noticed the keyboard lagging/not responding at all to my inputs. For example when hitting R to reload, nothing will happen. I've contacted MSI and they told me to update everything and EC Reset. I've also reinstalled my keyboard drivers and according to their website my BIOS is up to date. I've even tried deleting Nahimic and Norton read on some other forums that could be the issue but it still keeps happening.This issue only happens when playing games and not so much when typing. It only seems to effect certain ke

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.

  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
