Windows 10: Broken link to the Windows 10 IoT Dashboard.

The link on the page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot-core/connect-your-device/iotdashboard Windows 10 IoT Core Dashboard to download the dashboard https://iottools.blob.core.windows.net/iotdashboard/setup.exe IS BROKEN. All we others too get is This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. Install IoT Windows 10 on a SD card

I tried several times to install IoT Windows 10 on a SD card (Philips 8GB) with Windows IoT Core Dashboard. But every single time when my Raspberry is booting it trows a Blue Screen with the message BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. I followed all steps correctly.

Any idea's?
