Windows 10: Broken quick settings menu windows 11

I was on latest public release build .1555 or something like that and the quick settings menu on my taskbar was so very messed up. Most of the time it would crash out and despite restarting explorer nothing happened. Actually, this problem was since the new tray was introduced but somehow its frequency of occurring increased from this update. I tried updating to the latest release preview build from insider program but this wont stop. Already tried repairing windows with all apps, clean re-installing windows 11 without any apps, all kinds of cmd checks for files like sfc and dism, and drivers

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.

Quick settings menu is cut off

I can confirm that my Quick Settings Menu is similarly cut off after moving the task bar to the top (via the Regedit hack). I prefer the menu bar on top so I'll deal with the cut off quick menu. It's very odd that MS killed off functionality that's been a part of Windows for decades with Windows 11, the ability to easily move your taskbar around.
