My Microsoft usb has broken and its pairs both my wireless keyboard and mouse. Is it possible to get a new usb?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The Microsoft mouse and keyboard sets are specifically linked to that USB dongle, no other mouse will link up to that USB dongle, because it would be coded differently.

If you have Bluetooth on your PC, then you can buy a Bluetooth mouse, and that would not need any USB dongle to work, it is only a Wireless mouse that needs a USB dongle.
