    Microsoft or replacement USB transceiver

    So about a month ago I lost my USB transceiver to Mallorca mouse and I'm unable to use any other mouse in the world. So I bought a new one in my computer fell and shattered it. Can I get a replacement USB transceiver for one or both of them? I would like
    to have one at home and one at work if possible. If you could get back to me a soon as possible that would be phenomenal.

    Transceiver replacement for 3050 Wireless Desktop

    Hello, I hope you are all doing well.

    I recently lost my transceiver USB for the 3050 Wireless Desktop ( accidentally broken ) and I would like to now where I can buy a replacement. The problem is that I live in Karachi, Pakistan, and can not find an outlet here that has a replacement.

    I also called the customer care here in Karachi, but they do not do hardware replacement.

    Who else can I contact for the replacement?

    Broken USB Transceiver Replacement

    Trying To Pair Keyboard & Mouse To Replacement Transceiver


    Hello, I have a keyboard and mouse
    • Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 3000 v2.0
    • Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000

    and their USB Transceiver broke. So I ordered a used one from eBay, same exact model as a replacement. When I plug it in the computer recognizes it and installs it (whereas for the broken one, the computer states that there's a problem with the device.. hence broken). Yet I am unable to use my wireless mouse and keyboard on this transceiver. How can I pair those two to that transceiver that I got from eBay? I was so excited that it finally came in the mail, yet sadly disappointed that it did not recognized the keyboard and mouse. =(
