Windows 10: Broken Windows 11 Startup Icons?

The question somewhat explains itself. I went into the startup menu when I was trying to optimize my computer's performance, and I noticed some of my icons were broken. Nothing else seems to be wrong with my PC, and the icons are not broken anywhere else. I tried deleting all the icon cache files that my computer would let me delete and that did not work. Then I tried "Fix problems using windows update" in the recovery section of the settings app. This also did not work. I don't want to do a clean install of windows, because I like the settings that I currently have. Also, I do not have a big

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

• When did the issue start?
• Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Does it happen to all the apps icon you are trying to search?
