    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    TRANSFER OF RECORDER PRO+ FILES TO SKYDRIVE

    To me, it seems like the app is broken. I cannot suggest anything about the recordings that are already done.

    I can recommend a better app for your recording requirements. I personally use Mini Recorder Free. It has three options for saving

    • SD card
    • OneDrive
    • Dropbox
    It works well and I have been using it for more than six months now.
