Windows 10: Brother MFC-465CN printer is not printing since updates

Hopefully, someone will be able to help me. Ever since the 6/2020 Microsoft updates, I have not been able to print from my computer. I have Windows 10 version 1909. I can scan and copy just fine, but cannot print anything. My Brother printer MFC-465CN is not listed in the Brother website as being supported by Microsoft. There are hundreds listed but not mine. I have downloaded the patch from Microsoft KB4567512, as was suggested from other users through their communications with Microsoft, but it has not helped. I need my printer to work. Please advise on how Microsoft can help.

Brother MFC-465CN Printer

I got the same problem with my Brother MFC-465CN driver, when window 10 updated this June 2020 the printer stop working, I tried to refresh the drivers but it does not want to load, I tried the certificate in the windows update but its only available for
Brother MFC-4650 for some reason MFC 465CN is not on the list. I found a way to re-install the original driver. My computer were pre-installed with Windows Vista originally so I did choose the vista driver update from Brother website and everything went back
to normal, it saves me money in buying a new printer. You have to uninstall any brother driver you have on your computer if you upgraded to windows 10 but you will be ask to remove it before installation begin.

NOTE: You have to choose the operating system originally installed in your computer for the MFC-465CN.

Brother MFC-465CN Printer

I have the same problem with my Brother MFC-465CN printer. It ceased printing after Windows 10 cumulative 06 update KB4560960 was installed as part of Windows update. I can see the printer fine and I can queue prints. They just go off the queue like they
have printed but no print. On the printer I can copy fine and the ink is fine. My driver shows 5.11 dated 26 June 2009 so its not appearing that it was recently replaced. I could consider removing KB4560960 but then how do we move forward? Is Microsoft actively
looking at the problem? Thanks
