Windows 10: Brother PED Basic

    Brother PED Basic


    I am trying to download the software from Brother for PED Basic on Windows 10. I have downloaded this in the past on 8.1 and 7 but I keep getting a message saying the file from Brother contains a virus and has been deleted! What am I doing wrong? Is there any other way to download this driver etc?

    Mine is downloaded AND installed - and I can open the PED/Basic program - but it will not recognize my PES files!

    How do I download the Brother PED-Basic with Windows 10

    This may seem like a silly question, but what size did you set on your PED-Basic. I found that when mine was set on 4 x 4 x 4 inches that it sometimes would not recognize larger PES files.

    I actually think it's downloaded but when I try to open the PED/Basic card reader, I am always asked to go to the app store What happened to simple save the software to desktop short cut.
