Windows 10: Browser becomes unresponsive instantly and crashes when watching anything fullscreen, and...

I am currently using windows 10, and I have been facing this issue on my new laptop. My specs arerocessor: Intel core i5 11400HGraphics: Nvidia RTX 30508 GB RAMI have been using Opera GX as my primary browser, and on this new laptop, it undergoes frequent crashes and unresponsive states. I have noticed that this happens most when I am watching youtube or something else in fullscreen mode. I have also tried it on chrome and the results are same.As soon as I click on the fullscreen button on youtube, the browser would stop responding within 3-5 seconds and then windows will ask me if i want to

Win10 Fullscreen Issues with web browsers

When attempting to Fullscreen games or videos (Netflix, Youtube, iPlayer etc) from a web browser (Edge or Chrome) the browser enters the full screen mode and continues to play the sound. The visuals however become a BLACK screen and nothing can be seen,
when you hit ESC to exit the Fullscreen mode the web browser becomes unresponsive. At this point you must close the browser entirely and restart.

When you return to the browser you can return to the webpage but still can not full screen!

This is very frustrating when watching films!

Any ideas!?!

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
