Windows 10: Browser Freeze Up under Windows 11

I know this is a problem for others because there are chats about it on multiple sites, yet it seems Microsoft has yet to acknowledge publicly on any of its sites that the problem exists, let alone give any advice on a work around until a newer version of Windows 11 eliminates the problem.Ever since I downloaded Windows 11, ALL browsers, including Edge and my preferred browser, Chrome, freeze frequently to the extent that it sometimes is impossible to get any information over the internet. I have tried multiple "fixes" suggested on the various websites where the problem is addressed and none o

Update Freezing Web Browsers

Hi,

There may be some browser components that do not sit well with the new updates installed on your computer. Before we can resolve the error, please answer these questions for us to understand what happens:

• Do you get any error messages when the browsers freeze?
• Are Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge affected?
• Does the problem occur when you access a specific site?

We suggest you delete the browser history, or completely reset the browsers that are affected.

Adobe Flash message in IE 11

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.
