Windows 10: Browser video would stop playing when I open any apps

Help??? My PC would just stop playing videos when I open any application? I don't know what happened, It was just working earlier. I tried using different browsers, it would still start having playback errors as soon as I open any application. I thought this was only on YouTube but any sites that can play videos would also stop. I also tried reinstalling but it still doesn't work. The videos would only start playing again when I closed the apps. I thought my internet is just having problems but I could still use the browser but just no videos playing. Is my PC just broken or is the browser gli

Step 1: I suggest you to clear the browsing history cache and check if it helps:

• Open Edge browser click on three dots.
• Click on clear browsing history.

Then try to play the video and check if the issue persists.

I also have the same problem along with every one who talks in videos sounding like Donald Duck!!!
