Windows 10: Browsers always present various error messages on my desktop. Cannot bring up any sites....

Browsers Edge, Chrome, etc. always present various error messages on my desktop. Cannot bring up any sites. Wi-Fi is connected and spouse's desktop works fine. Laptop is Dell Inspiron 7506, Windows 11 installed. Have tried all recommended fixes found on internet.*Moved from feedback.

Issue present on all browsers ? And can he connect to an alternate ISP to determine if ISP is at fault ?
