Windows 10: Browsers and softwares not giving response.

Internet is being connected. but none of my browsers( firefox, chrome or edge) is giving response. They are not even opening, how many times i may click. Also, none of my installed softwares are giving response. Pre-installed apps are working properly. Search dialog box in the start menu is also not working. It is not giving any response. I have dell laptop. I tried to update my window 10, but it is also not helping at all.

I use Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10 without any problems. I suggest you uninstall both of them. Then re-download each one which will give you the Latest version of both.
