    Browsers don't work after sleep mode


    Hello,


    I first thought I had an issue with Chrome but then I tried Opera and still have the same issue. Windows is 10 Home edition.


    If I have Chrome open and my computer goes to sleep then when it wakes up Chrome doesn't work. I can see the content of whatever I already have open and interact with it but I cannot load anything on a new tab. When I open a new tab and write say www.microsoft.com then the browser will just show loading and no content will show up.


    What is even stranger is that even the browser Settings tab will NOT show any content. This again is true for both Chrome and Opera.


    IF the browser was not open when the computer went to sleep then it works fine after waking up. So this forces me to close all my tabs before I put the computer to sleep which is impossible to work with.


    The laptop is Dell XPS 15 9570. Needless to say I am never buying Dell again. Six months into owning the laptop I had to send it to them and they replaced the fan, motherboard and battery. I am just hoping they didn't screw up when replacing these and caused a hardware issue.

    I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

    • Have you made any updates to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
