Windows 10: Browsers won’t work on my computer. How to fix this?

Out of nowhere, chrome started getting really slow on my computer. After it still refused to work after doing some basic troubleshooting like running diagnostics and restarting the computer, I realized the problem was deeper. The apps I have downloaded on my computer work fine, it’s just the browsers that are super slow and are refusing to connect to the internet, despite my good connection. I’ve updated my computer, restarted the router, cleared the cache, checked my firewall and antivirus software, uninstalled and reinstalled my adapter, ran diagnostics, reset my network, and more, all to no

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?
