Windows 10: BS CAPSTONE PROJECT - Need OS or VM snapshot with multiple preferably inactive accounts

Hello!I am working on my capstone project for my bachelor's. Part of our project is to write a script that can pull down user account and profile data like last login date. We are doing okay on the script but need a way to test it. From what I can tell, we can't just create a bunch of accounts and then test if the script flags the correct ones because we are not able to manually set the last login date. Is there a way we could accomplish this? Is there somewhere that offers training ISOs that we could get a copy of specifically to test this? They would need to have accounts ranging from a few

Persistent VSS snapshot gets removed from restored VM

Persistent VSS snapshot is getting removed for some volumes on my VM on VMWare, below are the steps I used to do this

1] Take persistent VSS snapshot of SQL using SQl writer

2] Take VM snapshot and backup with one of the backup agents

3] Restore the same snapshot of VM

When I power on the restored VM the persistent VSS snapshot I took before backup gets removed for one of the volumes for others it is still there as expected.

I have faced this issue very rarely, I use this method to take backups regularly but it has failed with this error only 3 times out of 1000.

Earlier I thought this was due to system drive but it has happened on other drives as well.

 

Account failed logon 4625 on VM guest when clicking the entry of VM guest on failover cluster Manager on VM Host

Issue:

We found a multiple failed logon events on VM guest (evert ID 4625) with account (the account you logon on VM host) when we clicking the entry of VM guest on failover cluster manager console on VM host with Integration servers (Data Exchange) is enabled.



How to reproduce:

1. Check the “Data Exchange” is enabled on a VM guest (Enabled by default, right?)
2. Open Failover Cluster Manager Console on VM host.
3. Click the VM guest entry
4. Then you may found multiple failed logon events on that VM guest.

Question:

1. Does the multiple failed logons are normal or necessary?
2. If the failed logons are normal and necessary to be happened and the “Data exchange” function is good to be enabled to gather data from VM guest, any recommendation for us to correct or avoid these failed logon?

Please advise.



Constrain:

We have no chance to use same account and password on VM hosts and VM guests (because all account are managed by password management) and the Audit Policy of Audit Credential Validation must be enabled.

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
