Windows 10: BSOD 0x0000007e and 0x00000154

recently i got two BSOD on my laptop with the following error code:0x0000007e0x00000154The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000154 0xffffd185eddf3000, 0xffffcc816677e590, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7e0f58c9-9865-4e4f-bcf8-599dec4f11b8.The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e 0xffffffffc0

Event log shows a lot of disk retries:








As you can see, the most recent was today.

Open a Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands:

diskpart
list disk
list vol
exit

Right click on the Command Prompt title bar and select Edit then Select all.
Repeat and select Edit then Copy.

Paste results in a post here.

Run HDTune to

• check the health,
• scan for errors, not quick scan but full scan
• run a benchmark.

Run CrystalDiskInfo Portable and CrystalDiskMark Portable to

• Check health of drive
• Check performance of drive

You can also try the various options available with chkdsk.

 

BSOD 0x00000154 When Gaming

Title says it all. I randomly get a BSOD with error code 0x00000154 when gaming. I have tried driver verifier, which caused me to have to reinstall windows. After reinstalling, I still am receiving the error, even with the driver that was detected as the
problem deleted.

7 different BSoD

Hey guys,

I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

• system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
• updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
• updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
• rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
• removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD

• Temps are fine
• no sfc /scannow errors
• no chkdsk errors
• Prime, Furmark all fine
• regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
• I did no hw changes, no OC

Here are my BSoDs I receive:

• 0x0000010e
• 0x1000007e
• 0x0000007e
• 0x0000004e
• 0x0000003b
• dxgmms1.sys
• PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

They all refer to the GPU of course ...

From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.
