Windows 10: BSoD: 0x0000009f

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe00bc9d1d050, 0xfffff88ab98a7178, 0xffffe00bc9ed88a0--------------------------------------------------------------------------I've recently built a new computer using my previous case and it's quite unstable. I'm using an ASRock B650E Taichi Lite motherboard this is the second one, due to the blue screens, although the replacement didn't help. The memory is listed by ASRock as being compatible and is also the second set of memory to try and solve the blue screen. The processor is an AMD A

BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

Hi,

I've got BSOD when cold start the computer.

Computer is DELL Alienware Aurora R8.

I already open a support case at DELL support.

All drivers, chipsets and BIOS are up-to-date.

Windows 10 ver 1909 (18363.693) is up-to-date

Graphics pilotes are up-to-date too.

It's always DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f

I'va done advanced analyse with Driver Verifier and WinDbg (Windows Debugger).

The WinDbg report invokes xusb22.sys

If I correctly understood, when the PC boot with bluetooth enable, it try to connect to the gamepad controller but crash with "A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time". No problem when boot with bluetooth disable.

BSOD at random, error 0x000000ef, 0x0000009f caused by ntoskrnl.exe

My mother's laptop has received two BSODs with the following errors:

0x000000ef & 0x0000009f
I'd like help to resolve this issue.

BSOD - bugcheck 0x0000009f

I am continuously getting a BSOD when I turn on my computer and when I wake it from sleep. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens on occasion. Here is what I get:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8583d77413e0, 0xfffff80022d7d960, 0xffff8583df152010). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: cf3d642f-05d3-4493-9052-d86ed1c9b08f.

When I look at device manager I see no yellow exclamation points indicating a bad driver of some sort.

I'm not quite sure how to post the exact memory dump file on here.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
