Windows 10: BSoD 0xc000021a

Today my PC suddenly booted directly into a BSOD with stopecode 0xc000021a. It happens on every boot. Here are the things I tried:1. Running in safe mode w/o networking: this simply restarted right back into advanced start options.2.sfc /scannow via commandprompt: finishes 100% with ERROR: Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation3. System Restore Point: the tool launches normaly but after starting aborts with an error saying there is not enough disk space.4. chkdsk C: /f /r /x: this finds only one bad cluster \PROGRA~2\Steam\STEAMA~1\SOBF83~1.GCF but can‘t re

BSOD 0xc000021a

Greetings... Im having an issue with an BSOD Code 0xc000021a .
I'm trying to format my PC but the problem is when im trying to switch the booting Drive to Flash Drive i cant see my main Drive " C:\ "
Feels like there is no problem right? So im just switching boot drive to Flash Drive while the C:\ Drive can not be detected im jumping on BSOD Loop with code 0xc000021a while im trying installation .
I've used some solutions like going on Safe boot and run a CMD with commands

bootrec/fixmbr
bootrec/fixboot <-- Notice an error message goes ( Access Denied )
bootrec/fixscanos
bootrec/rebuildbcd

I've also used - disable driver signature enforcement

Main issue is that im getting on a BSOD Loop with code 0xc000021a .
Strange think is that i can start up and use my PC normaly .

Any solution how i can fix that so i can format my PC?
