Windows 10: BSOD 0XC000021A

Hello. I accidentally disabled all start up programs from the task manager's start up tab and seems that it was containing some essential windows 10 parameters and now everytime that the PC boots I get BSOD even in safe mode. I tried several commants such as Chkdsk /f/r, [COLOR=rgba30, 30, 30, 1]sfc /scannow, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth[/COLOR] in command prompt but nothing. I tried going an update back but it didn't help either and also there is no previous restoring point. Is there any way to enable task manager when I am in recovery options or something more that I can do without restoring the entire system?

0xc000021a BSOD Error

Hi,

My pc has the 0xc000021a error. I can’t get to my lock screen to log into my laptop. I can’t log into safe mode with networking or without networking. When I try to use the safe mode option my pc reboots and takes me to the BSOD screen then gives me
an option to restart my pc or go to advanced option.

I have tried to run the following from the command prompt:

• Dism Command
• Scannow Command
• Check disk command

And all have failed.

Unfortunately I could not do a restore as I found out that I didn't have a restore point.
