Windows 10: Bsod 0xc00002e3

I had 2 laptops initially, Hp and old fijitsu. The Fijitsu was running windows 10, the Hp windows 11. The Hp would not post bios at allblank screen. The cause i suspect is either when I enabled sucure boot or when I enabled UEFI as the HDD was in MBR Scheme. Fine dead laptop and I have sent it in. The Fijitsu being and old model and having Windows 10 installed on was unbeleivably slow abd would freeze etc. Initially I wanted to go back to Windows 7 but was worried about the OS being flawed as there is no support and alot of my apps wont run on there. I have no idea what got in my head becua

We noticed you are having problem with BSOD accompany the error code 0xc00002e3 . Sorry to hear that since you just survive a previous BSOD issue.





This kind of error should not be able to bring down your system from my knowledge; as the

Security Account Manager(SAM) is not an essential part for system to run I think. So we might need additional detail for troubleshooting.

• Could you enter the command prompt in Windows RE? If we can manage that we still have a lot of choice to try.
  

• We do not know if at this stage the dump file is still accessible, but if possible we want that which should being located under: C:\Windows\Minidump. This is an essential for our Bluescreen troubleshoot maybe you have already know. (OneDrive sharing is ok for us).
  

Unfortunately without the situation you are in we have no solution for you as we does not even know if you have access to your file system yet. But if you have not we suggest you made an install media just that is essential for our troubleshooting.

[table][tr][td]To create installation media, go to the software download website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions. On that website, you can select a version of Windows and create your own installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD .[/td][/tr][/table]

Additionally, we have not checked your previous thread fully, feel free to clear something you have mentioned at before thread.

0xc00002e3 stopcode BSOD

Thank you for your response.

I can enter the Command Prompt, yes.

I can check for the dump files, yes, i will find them, if the system has generated any. I got access to the file system. All my files are intact.

I do have an instalation media USB with Windows 10 Home Edition.

A few info i wanna share with you:

1) I cannot boot into Windows

2) I cannot boot into Safe Mode, and i instead boot into WinRE. And since i can't boot into Safe Mode with Networking, since this is the reason why you mentioned OneDrive, i can't send that dump file to you directly. I will have to move my file to a usb that gets recognized and then move that file over to another PC and send it to you.

3) After entering Troubleshooting in WinRE, i no longer get the Windows Account login prompt(I used to get it, before the 0xc00002e3 BSOD, but not anymore). I don't know for sure, if that has a direct relation to the 0xc00002e3 BSOD, but i assume that it does.

Let me know what i must do.

Blue Screen Error then 0xc00002e3

After an update I got the blue screen error, couldn't get to home screen. Tried restoring but it said no restore points were created so I reset the system instead. Now I still get an error but it says 0xc00002e3.

Edit: now it says CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

Edit: now it says 0xc00002e3 again
