Windows 10: BSOD Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-54, Win11 23H2 OS Build 22631.3737

Hi,I am contacting you regarding to the recent issue with persisting BSOD. In the past two weeks i was facing to random BSOD - sometimes a minute after boot of the Windows, sometimes after hours of using. I noticed that the BSOD doesn't occurs whilst i'm in Safe Mode. When it happened 5th time i decided to reinstall the Windows clean installation, both disks has been formatted C: SSD, D: HDD and partitions deleted. After installation i still heard the HDD working but it disappeared from the system - haven't been found in explorer, device manager, disk management. Installed all updates, m

Acer Predator Helios 300 cannot update Win10 1803

Dear Sir,

Please help me.

I use Acer Predator Helios 300 with Win 10 but i cannot install 1803.

The popup show "your hardware is not supported of this version of Windows 10."

How to solve this problem.

Slow WIFI speed on Acer Predator helios 300

HI,

I am getting very slow speed over the WIFI on this particular device acer predator helios 300 but on other devices the speed is okay.

But if using the ethernet cable the speed is fine. So definitely there is some issue with this particular device.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue on the laptop.
