  1. BSOD after a Certain Period of Time

Hi,I have a Dell Latitude e7470 with Windows 10 Pro. It has 4GB RAM & 250GB M2 SSD. Since few weeks, I am having BSOD error mostly when I play any video on Google Chrome. It usually occurs repeatedly after every 2-4 days. Sometimes I use it for 6-8 hours non stop and it doesn't gives any BSOD. Most of the times the error is Driver Overran Stack Buffer or Kernel Security Check Failure. It also happens sometimes when I unplug the charger but 99% of the time while playing video. I recently did a BIOS update as well. I have tried everything: updated all drivers from dell support assist, upd

  3. Periodic Popup Win10 Pro 1709 build 16299309 - Screen freeze and errors

Since the popup appears periodically rather than at a certain time (e.g. at logon time), it is most likely triggered by some service. To get a little closer to the underlying cause I would take these initial steps:

    • Run msconfig.exe and click the Services tab. Hide all Microsoft services, then remove all remaining tick marks. Reboot and check if the problem persists.
    • Check if the problem occurs while you're logged on under a different account.
