Windows 10: BSOD after power is cut, computer starts fine but BSOD after using computer

My computer continues to BSOD after it's being used for any amount of time at random. All the drivers are updated, both SSD's have been formatted and I have a fresh install of Windows 10. We had some contractors over and the power to my room got cut out while I was on my computer and I have been having issues ever since. I am pretty sure it was a power surge but I don't know if it is a software or a hardware issue and I don't know what to do. Posting here to see if anyone can help.

computer odd bsod problem

So after thinking my ssd was dying as I mentioned in a post in the "storage" section, I now believe there's something else wrong but my computer isn't cooperating with me so it's a bit hard to look things up. Instead of getting that regular BSOD that I got, I am not getting this odd one that says: "stop: c0000135 the program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling this program to fix this problem."

Any ideas how to tackle this? My computer is highly unstable to use, this bsod appears to be more frequent now.

 

7 different BSoD

I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

• system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
• updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
• updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
• rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
• removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD

• Temps are fine
• no sfc /scannow errors
• no chkdsk errors
• Prime, Furmark all fine
• regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
• I did no hw changes, no OC

Here are my BSoDs I receive:

• 0x0000010e
• 0x1000007e
• 0x0000007e
• 0x0000004e
• 0x0000003b
• dxgmms1.sys
• PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

They all refer to the GPU of course ...

From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

causes for bsod

a friend of mine is getting bsod's everytime she uses her computer. it is usually at boot, but sometimes at the desktop, but the computer shows the bsod then goes back to normal and runs fine. I was wondering what exactly would cause a blue screen that would not crash the computer.
