E65 blue screen stayed when power on

Hi, i have bought the nokia E65 red unlocked few days ago from some one. it does not have any warrenty.

When i power on the mobile the keypad lights turned on and the display sceen turns blue and stayed to this state foreever. no voice, no nokia screen and nothing.

The problem arises after i power on the mobile during the charge.

Any suggestion to solve this problem.
