Windows 10: bsod after suspend mode

Everytime my computer cames from suspend mode most on the times is freezes and i cant do nothing , no keyboard or mouse, after a while it gets the bsod but nothing is created in c:/windows/minidump but in c/windows/livekernelreports with a large file.

i need someone to anylise this because this problem is happening since April update of win10.
i also dont get 5,1 sound they said my MB is old is an Asus p7p55d-evo

Can someone watch this is ridiculous.

Set Core/Mem Settings after return from suspend mode

thanks for this great Tool. There is one more suggestion:

If the system returns from suspend mode, the Core/Mem settings are not set by the AtiTool. So you have to set the frequencies manually every time. It would be great to have an option like for the system reboot, that AtiTool sets the frequencies to a given value.

An alternative would be if the frequencies could be set by command line parameters, so I could launch AtiTool after return from suspend automatically.

To react after return from suspend you could implement a handler for the WM_POWERBROADCAST message and test wparam for PBT_APMRESUMESUSPEND.

ATITool fan control after suspend mode

Hi

I'm using ATITool 0.27b4 only for fan adjusting on a Club3d CGAX-3872DDO (3870). Everything works just fine, but if I put Windows into suspend mode for saving energy, the fan settings are lost after awakening. I must open ATITool from the tray, go to fan control and reload the fan values.

Any way to continue with the same values after a suspend mode?

BSOD- atikmpag.sys

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:

• Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
• Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
• After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.


I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.
